Glenborough Inks San Fran Lease with Law Firm

Glenborough L.L.C., a San Mateo, Calif., a real estate investment and management company specializing in office properties, has announced a new long-term lease at its 33 New Montgomery property in San Francisco, Calif. Selman Breitman, a regional law firm with more than 100 lawyers in five offices throughout California and Nevada, recently expanded its footprint at 33 New Montgomery nearly 25 percent. They now occupy the entire 6th floor of the building with additional 8th floor space. The tenant was represented by John Schneider of CresaPartners. Regional leasing director Michael McCormac represented Glenborough in the transaction. The structure is a 20-story Class A office building totaling 234,000 rentable square feet located in the San Francisco Financial District.
