Emri Takes Poway HQ for $25M

Vancouver, Canada-based Emri Group has partnered with Chicago, Ill.-based Strategic Capital Partners to buy a 144,000 square foot Class A Headquarters/R&D building in the Poway submarket of San Diego, Calif. $25 million, it has announced. The seller is ResMed Inc. a medical products company. ResMed will lease the entire building back from the buyer until mid 2009. Mickey Morera and Tim Hoag of Cushman Wakefield Inc.’s San Diego office represented the buyer and Joe Smith of Cushman Wakefield’s San Diego office represented the seller.
