Liberty Station Office District Reaches Leasing Milestone

With the recent signings by Mitre Corp., The Boeing Co. and Jacobs Engineering Group, the first six buildings by McMillin Commercial at the Liberty Station Office District in San Diego are now 100 percent sold or leased, according to a statement. The six Class A buildings within the Office District that are now currently leased total 260,000 square feet. The cluster is referred to as the 900 Buildings. Mitre leased 16,000 square feet in Building 901, Boeing leased 3,000 square feet in Building 906 and Jacob’s Engineering leased 8,500 square feet in Building 901. The Office District’s current leases combine for a total consideration of approximately $75 million.
