Snyder Langston Completes Pacific Life Insurance Tower

Snyder Langston reported that it has completed construction of a nine-story, 246,600-square-foot build-to-suit office tower for Newport Beach, Calif.-based Pacific Life Insurance Co. Approximately 1,000 employees of the Life Insurance division are located at the building which is situated on 5.5 acres at 45 Enterprise within Summit Office Campus in Aliso Viejo. Construction on the facility began in November 2006.
