Mini Mall in Corona Fetches $548 Per-SF

Ownership of Hamner Square, a 12,231-square-foot strip center in Corona, Calif., has changed hands.  A private partnership sold the property to Karra'a Family Trust in an all cash transaction that reached completion in a short 35 days. Developed one a one-acre parcel just one year ago, Hamner Square is 100 percent leased to a list of tenants that includes 7-Eleven. Hanley Investment Group represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
