BPG Inks 122,600SF Tenant in Orange County

BPG Properties Ltd., a private equity real estate fund manager, has executed a 122,600-square -foot lease with PODS Enterprise Inc. at Crossroads Anaheim, a two building, 276,800-square-foot industrial complex located in Orange County, Calif.  PODS will lease the entire building, which BPG acquired vacant in January 2007. The tenant was represented by Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s Anaheim office and Bill Obregon of CBRE's Tampa office.  The landlord was represented by Louis Tomaselli, Mitchell Zehner and Michael Hefner of Voit Commercial.
