Spurred by a growth spurt, Thompson National Properties L.L.C. has relocated its headquarters from 1901 Main St., to a nearly 22,500-square-foot space across the street at 1900 Main St., in the Irvine Concourse Business Park in Irvine, Calif. Having signed a lease with Terrace Tower Group U.S.A., the company will occupy the entire seventh floor of the eight-story Class A structure, which was developed eight years ago. Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction. Thompson, however, is not bidding adieu to its old headquarters altogether, as the real estate concern previously signed a lease to continue to occupy 7,400 square feet at its former home. Voit brokered that transaction.
