Healthcare Firm Takes 20,000SF in Costa Mesa

The 236,200-square-foot class A office property at 555 Anton Blvd. in Costa Mesa will welcome Blue Shield of California to its tenant roster. The healthcare concern just signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of space with property owner RREEF Funds L.L.C., according to the Orange County Register. Developed in 1989 and renovated in 1996, the 12-story building is part of a three-building 750,000-square-foot MetroCenter at South Coast. Blue Shield's lease agreement, the paper reports, is for a seven-year term.
