85,000SF Lease Signed at Tech Campus in San Jose

SVTC Technologies has committed to 85,000 square feet at what will ultimately be the 1.3 million-square-foot Hellyer Oaks Technology complex in San Jose. The technology concern will establish its photovoltaic development center in Building 1 at 5215 Hellyer Ave., where it will use 30,000 square feet as clean room space and 20,000 square feet will be reserved as lab space. Colliers International orchestrated the five-year lease agreement on behalf of property owner GRE Hellyer Oaks L.P.
