Representing the seller, Kennedy Wilson, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has retained the exclusive listing for Mariposa, a 286-unit multi-family community in Anaheim, Calif. The listing price of $56.5 million represents $197,552 per square foot. Located at 175-211 South Rio Vista Street, the 241,325-square foot apartment community consists of two two-story buildings situated on an 11.5-acre lot with access to freeways. Amenities include controlled access, garage parking, a fitness center, clubhouse, playground, two swimming pools, spa and three on-site laundry facilities.
