Prologis Wins NAIOP Award
March 13, 2008

ProLogis has received the Industrial Development of the Year award from the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. The award was given to ProLogis for a 654,000-square-foot facility it developed at ProLogis Park 70, a master-planned industrial park located at the intersection of I-70 and E-470. The facility, which was selected by a panel of judges based on a number of criteria including financial feasibility, architecture, environmental design elements and contribution to the real estate industry, received the recognition during the 2007 NAIOP Annual Awards Luncheon, held in February at the Seawell Ballroom in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts complex. The distribution center was a development project for Furniture Row Cos., and was completed by ProLogis during the fall of 2007. The property is located 10 minutes from Denver.
