Hines, CalPERS Take Denver Bank Building

Hines and CalPERS have acquired the Guaranty Bank Building in Lower Downtown Denver, through the National Office Partners Ltd. Partnership, their investment partnership. The seller was Westfield Capital Partners L.L.C. No purchase price was disclosed. The 13-story building has 220,000 square foot of office space. David Tilton and Todd Alton of Frederick Ross Co. represented the Seller, and Hines represented NOP in the deal. Hines will also assume property management responsibilities, and Frederick Ross will continue in their leasing role.
