Somera Capital, 3 Street Financial JV Takes Quail Point in Phoenix

Somera Capital Management has acquired Quail Point Apartments, a 264-unit garden-style apartment community located in Phoenix, from Newcastle Investments. The acquisition is the third in joint venture with 3 Street Financial L.L.C., which last year purchased the nearby apartment communities of Windtree Village with 103-units and The Veranda with 156-units. Quail Point, built in 1988, is comprised of 145 two bedroom and 119 one bedroom units in 12 two and three story buildings on 12 acres.
