CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. said todaythat Jim Reid, president of the company’s Eastern Division, has been appointed by President George W. Bush to the National Infrastructure Advisory Council. Reid, who is the only representative of the commercial real estate industry among the members of the board, was sworn in during a ceremony yesterday in Washington, D.C. As CBRE's president, Reid oversees more than 60 offices in markets including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston and Washington, D.C.
