Shaw To Take Entire Building in Houston's Energy Corridor

The Shaw Group has agreed to take up the entire amount of space in an office building located along Houston's Energy Corridor. Shaw has both renewed and expanded its commitment to leasing a total of 312,564 at 1430 Enclave Parkway, according to the Houston Chronicle.

The facility was originally designed for Stone & Webster, which was bought by Shaw. It was previously occupied by food service company Sysco and was the largest contiguous block of Energy Corridor space available. Occupancy along the Corridor is estimated at 97.5 percent for Class A office space, according to the Chronicle.
