Tech Firm Takes Lease at New Building in The Woodlands

Desktop Assistance L.P. has signed a lease in the Class A office building at 2400 Waterway Ave. in The Woodlands. Developer Woodlands Development Co. just completed construction of the property, which also features 40,000 square feet of retail, last month. The deal will allow the intelligent information systems developer to relocate from its current location in Houston. CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction, while Conine & Associates stood in for the property owner
