Energy Firm Takes Whole Floor at 629,000-SF Phoenix Tower in Houston

Express Energy Services Operating L.P. has committed to taking on approximately 25,100 square feet at Phoenix Tower, a 629,000-square-foot office building carrying the address of 3200 Southwest Freeway in Houston. The oilfield service provider signed a long-term lease with property owner Wakefield, Mass.-based FSP Phoenix Tower L.P. to occupy an entire floor of the 34-story high-rise. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners L.L.C. represented the tenant in the transaction, while private real estate concern Hines stood in for the property owner. Hines, the property and leasing manager for the building, has been instrumental in recent Phoenix Tower upgrades, including the incorporation of energy efficient exterior glass panels and the addition of a conference facility.
