TradeCapture Inc., a commodity trading and transaction management solutions firm, is relocating its headquarters from Stamford, Conn., to Houston, where it already has an office. "Houston is a vital market for us, and a strategic location for our clients throughout the world," TradeCapture chief operating officer Trip Ray said in a statement reprinted in the Houston Business Journal. Ray added that consolidating all business operations in Houston was good business sense for the firm.

The company also has an office in Hyderabad, India. They plan to open an office in Rome this June, the Houston Business Journal reports.
