Lincoln Property Buys Buckeye 75 Distribution Park in Phoenix

Lincoln Property Co. has acquired Buckeye 75 Distribution Park, a multi-tenant 458,936-square-foot Class A property, in Phoenix, Ariz. The project is located at the Southeast corner of 75th Avenue and Buckeye Road. The 30 acre property, located at 7375 West Buckeye Road, features three buildings: 71,288 square feet, 234,848 square feet and 152,800 square feet. The project was developed by the seller, Mountain West Industrial Properties, in 2007.  This is Lincoln Property's second acquisition from Mountain West.
