Icon Partners to Develop Retail Center in Dallas/Fort Worth

Icon Partners L.L.C. plans to develop The Shops At Mercer Crossing, a new 500,000-square-foot fashion center in Mercer Crossing, a 1,100 acre master planned development in the geographic center of the D/FW Metroplex, it has reported. It is bordered on the east by I-35/Stemmons Freeway, on the west by the President George Bush Turnpike, and is 10 minutes to the Dallas North Tollway, 10 minutes from DFW Airport, and only 15 minutes to downtown Dallas. An efficient transportation system will connect the center to both DART and Denton light rails and offer shuttle service to D/FW Airport.
