Crazy Pianos to Open First U.S. Location in Florida

Crazy Pianos, a Netherlands-based dueling piano bar and restaurant concept, has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 7,000 square feet at CocoWalk in Coconut Grove, Fla. The lifestyle center recently completed over $7 million in renovations. Crazy Pianos' Cocowalk location is scheduled to open first quarter of 2009. Colliers Arnold in Orlando represented the company in its first U.S. venture.
