Orlando Office Leased to Health Care Administrator

Bavar Properties Group, a privately-held commercial real estate firm, has completed leasing of its first Florida development project near Orlando. Northpointe OffiCenter is a 53,000-square foot Class A office building at 1060 Sand Pond Rd. in Lake Mary. Signing a 10-year lease to occupy the entire building, with an option to renew, is HF Management Services L.L.C., a New York-based company that provides contracted management and third-party administrative services to managed care organizations, health plans and provider groups in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Robert H. Blackwell, a principal with NAI Realvest in Maitland, Fla.., represented BPG, while Mark Stratman in The Staubach Co.’s Orlando office and Bill Peters in Staubach’s New York office represented HFMS.
