CBRE Named Exclusive Agent for New World Tower in Miami

CB Richard EllisInc. was named the exclusive leasing agent for New World Tower, the 30-story 280,000-square-foot office building, located at 100 N. Biscayne Blvd. in Miami, Fla. Randy Olen, senior vice president, and Chris Dekker, associate, have been retained to exclusively represent the owner of the building, 100 NWT Fee Owner L.L.C., an affiliate of Panther Real Estate Partners. Built in 1966, the recently renovated building features 24-hour security personnel, seven  elevators, on-site management and a snack bar. New World Tower is also within walking distance to the Miami Metromover, banks, hotels, restaurants and shopping.
