Roadhouse Grill Bankruptcy Forces Total Shutdown, Including Florida Locations
May 19, 2008
Source: Miami Herald

The bankruptcy of casual-dining restaurant operator Roadhouse Grill means the closure of all 21 of its locations, including a slate of Florida outlets. Restaurants previously operated by Roadhouse Grill in Davie, Deerfield Beach, Doral, Kendall, and Pembroke Pines will shut their doors, according to the Miami Herald.

Roadhouse began operations in Pembroke Pines in 1993 and at its height had 85 locations. Though it once had outlets in such distant places as Italy and Malaysia, it found its business in a malaise with the post-Sept. 11 downturn in casual dining.
