Tech Firm Takes 131,000SF at Lake Mary Industrial Property

Fonon Inc. will join the tenant roster at 400 Rinehart Rd. in Lake Mary now that the semi-conductor manufacturer has signed a lease for nearly one-third of the 380,000-square-foot industrial building. Owned by Humphrey Realty, the property sits on a 56-acre site about 20 minutes from Orlando, Fla. Fonon committed to a total of 131,000 square feet, 100,000 square feet of which will be used as office space, leaving the remaining 31,000 square feet for manufacturing purposes. The space had been home to a Siemens manufacturing facility. Real estate services firm Carter represented the owner, while Clemens Commercial Real Estate stood in for the tenant.
