Taurus Investment Completes Sale-Leaseback with Pratt Industries

Taurus Investment Holdings closed the purchase of a newly constructed, 356,541-square-foot manufacturing/distribution facility in Statesville, N.C., through its subsidiary, Taurus Corporate Properties L.L.C., which focuses on sale-leaseback and single-tenant net lease investments. Taurus and Pratt Industries USA, the seventh largest manufacturer of paper and packaging in the U.S., entered into a long-term lease for the property. The new facility was completed in early 2008. Acquisition financing for Taurus was provided by TD Banknorth. Pratt was represented in the transaction by Staubach Capital Markets.
