IDI Renews Lease with Menlo

IDI Services Group, the property management and third-party leasing division of industrial real estate developer IDI, has reported the close of a lease amendment with Menlo Worldwide Logistics.

The deal extends the company's 256,700-square-foot lease at Shawnee Ridge business park for five years. Menlo is a global third-party logistics company.

Menlo will take the space through September 2013. Located along Interstate 85 in Northeast Atlanta, the park provides access to metro Atlanta and strategic markets throughout the Southeast. Menlo has occupied the entire Shawnee Ridge Building 3 since April 1995.
