CBRE Arranges 12,837-SF Lease in Manhattan

CB Richard Ellis Inc. arranged both sides of a 12,837-square-foot lease at 5 Penn Plaza in New York City, where software vendor Microstrategy relocated within the building.  Moving to the 9th floor from the 14th floor, Microstrategy took almost five times the amount of space to accommodate its growth.  The new lease runs through March 2014.  Eighth Avenue Associates is the landlord.
