Broadway Partners Signs 5 Leases Totaling 119,000SF in NYC

Broadway Partners announced the completion of five lease transactions totaling 119,485 square feet at 340 Madison Avenue in New York City. The leases bring occupancy at the class A midtown Manhattan tower to approximately 92 percent.  CB Richard Ellis Inc.
represented Broadway on all of the transactions, which include the following:

•    Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has leased 50,519 square feet.  The tenant was Studley.

•    PNC Financial Services Group, a unit of PNC Bank, has signed a lease for 40,310 square feet.  GVA Williams represented the tenant in the transaction.

•    Banco Espirito Santo Investment has signed a lease for 13,328 square feet.  Studley represented the tenant.

•    Unison Site Management has leased 11,113 square feet.  

•    Investment firm Zenkyoren Asset Management of America Inc. has leased 4,115 square feet.  Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
