KBS Takes Office Buildings at Park Avenue at Morris County in New Jersey

KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II has acquired two of the six office buildings at Park Avenue at Morris County, a commercial office complex in Florham Park, N.J., in the Essex/Eastern Morris County submarket. KBS REIT II is scheduled to close on the remaining four buildings in the complex later this year. Park Avenue at Morris County features 1.1 million square feet of Class A office space in six four-story buildings. KBS represented itself in the purchase while Jeff Dunne at CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the seller in the transaction, which closed for $180 million.
