Catherine Gardens, a 41-unit apartment property at 278 Main St. in Little Ferry has just traded in an all-cash transaction. The amount of the sale was not disclosed. Multi-family and retail investment sales firm Kislak Co. Inc. orchestrated the deal on behalf of the seller, who had previously relied on Kislak to facilitate the building's purchase. Located less than 15 miles from New York City, the three-story structure was developed in 1970 and was sold in what was described as immaculate condition.
