Pinnacle Commits to 30,000-SF Flex Building
May 8, 2008

Pinnacle Wireless will take its headquarters from Montclair to Hackensack, where it has signed a lease to occupy the entire 30,000-square-foot flex building at 80 Commerce Way. The deal marks an expansion for the communications company. Owned by Prism Capital Partners for the last three years, the facility is part of a two-structure complex consisting of an aggregate 73,000 square feet; the second structure, offering 43,000 square feet at 60 Commerce Way, is presently vacant but was previously occupied by Quest Diagnostic. Prism relied on Jones Lang LaSalle to orchestrate the transaction, while the new tenant turned to The Van Houten Group for representation. Pinnacle plans to move into its new digs this summer.
