Duke Names Development and Leasing Head for East Region

Duke Realty Corp. announces that Bob Grossi has been named vice president of development and leasing for its East Region, with primary responsibility for overseeing the redevelopment of the former General Motors' assembly plant site in Linden, N. J. Grossi joined Duke in 1999 and most recently served as the national development manager for the company's National Built-to-Suit Group where he was responsible for more than $230 million in new development business. In his new position, Grossi will manage Duke's northern New Jersey business which includes the Linden redevelopment project and be responsible for creating and expanding new opportunities for owned portfolio, third-party, and built-to-suit construction projects in northern New Jersey and other Duke developments along the eastern seaboard.
