NorthMarq Arranges $20M for Lincoln North in Massachussetts

Joseph Hegenbart of NorthMarq¹s Boston Regional office has arranged mortgage financing of $20 million for Lincoln North, located at 55 Old Bedford Road in Lincoln, Mass. The loan was arranged for the borrower, FFMS Lincoln North L.L.C., by NorthMarq through its correspondent relationship with John Hancock Life Insurance Co. Lincoln North is a three-story, Class A office building.
