Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 2 Connecticut M-F Complexes

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of two Class A multi-family complexes - Chestnut Hill Apartments and Northwoods Apartments - in Middletown, Conn. The sales price of the portfolio is $75 million, which represents $115,385 per unit. Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti, both vice presidents investments and senior directors of Marcus & Millichap's National Multi-Housing Group in New Haven, represented the seller, Witten and Nolletti also represented the buyer. Both buyer and seller ara limited liability companies.

At the edge of Manhattan’s Meat Packing District in Chelsea, Pier 57 abuts an area that has seen a burst of activity over the last decade. Located at the end of West 15th St. and encompassing some 375,000 square feet of waterfront space plus rooftop area, the pier is now the focus for three bids for renovation.
