Sony Building Chosen Corporate Facility of the Year

Grubb & Ellis Co. has announced that 550 Madison Ave. was selected by the Mid-Atlantic Building Owners and Managers Association as Corporate Facility of the Year. Also known as The Sony Building, 550 Madison Avenue is managed by a Grubb & Ellis team led by John McGinley and Bart McDade.  As a result of the regional award, the building is now a contender for BOMA’s National Corporate Facility of the Year award, to be announced in June.
