The Staubach Secures Lease for Dow Jones Building in Princeton

The Staubach Co.'s New Jersey office has  announced that, on behalf of the building owner Dow Jones & Co., it has arranged a 30,000-square-foot lease with Protech Solutions Inc. at 4300 Route 1, Building Three, within the Bernard Kilgore Center corporate campus in Princeton, N.J. In this transaction, John C. Giordano, III, of Staubach represented Dow Jones and Gerry Fennelly of Gerry Fennelly & Associates represented Protech Solutions, a nationwide information technology services provider for development, maintenance and enhancement of automated systems.
