13-Building, 134-Unit Boston Portfolio on the Block

NAI Hunneman has announced that it has been retained as the exclusive sales agent for the sale of a 13-building portfolio that includes 130 residential and four retail units in multiple Boston neighborhoods. The offering is being made for immediate acquisition as an entire package or as individual sales. There is no set asking price. According to the brokerage, this is the largest scattered portfolio on the block in Boston at this time. The managing entity of the portfolio is Boston Realty Works. Properties include: 173 Newbury St., 314 Newbury St., 116 Marlborough St., 384 Commonwealth Ave., 583 Beacon St., 96 St. Botolph St., 80 The Fenway, 211 Park Dr., 12 Arundel St., 15 St. Germain, 28 Montgomery St. and 51 Phillips St.
