62,000 SF of Industrial Space Snapped Up in Sterling Heights

The industrial property at 40675 Mound Road in Sterling Heights, about 20 miles from Detroit, Mich., has recently come under new ownership. UJV Properties L.L.C. sold the warehouse to steel manufacturer Casadei Structural Steel Inc. Developed in 1979, the 62,000-square-foot facility includes 10,000 square feet of office space. Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc., which orchestrated the sale on behalf of UJV, had been marketing the building for lease at $4 per-square-foot, triple-net.
