Sperry Van Ness Chicago Completes Merger with Fisher, Sears and Associates

Sperry Van Ness Chicago announced the firm's merger with Fisher/Sears and Associates Inc., which will serve as the exclusive multi-family sales division for the company. Fisher/Sears, located at 221 N. LaSalle Street, is lead by Jim Sears and specializes in the sale of multi-family properties throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Sears will now serve as the director of multi-family sales for Sperry Van Ness Chicago. He bring 27 years of real estate industry and brokerage experience to the position and has completed more than $350 million in transactions.
