Spencer Stuart to Lease 100,000SF in Chicago

Spencer Stuart, a search consulting firm, has signed a letter of intent for approximately 100,000 square feet at 353 N. Clark in Chicago, Ill.  Mesirow Financial Real Estate is developing the 45-story office tower in Chicago’s River North. The Jones Lang LaSalle team of Bill Rogers, Jeff Liljeberg and Elaine Melonides represented Spencer Stuart in the transaction. Spencer Stuart will occupy 3.5 floors  to accommodate approximately 350 employees.  The firm is expanding by approximately 20,000 square feet from its current occupancy at 401 North Michigan Avenue and is slated to relocate in 2010.  With the addition of Spencer Stuart, the building is over 80 percent preleased.
