Binswanger Executes Five Leases in Philadelphia

On behalf of 1500 Walnut Enterprises L.L.C., Binswanger  announces the execution of five leases totaling 32,590 square feet at 1500 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, Pa. The 22-story, twin tower office building is located in Center City and features a floor size of approximately 14,553 rentable square feet, a covered garage with 160 parking spaces and a convenient access to a vast commuter rail system including the Market-Frankford Line, the Broad Street Subway, the Regional Rail system and the PATCO Hi-Speedline. Representing the landlord and a majority of tenants, Binswanger leased 13,680 square feet to EDS Inc., represented by Grubb & Ellis Inc.; 7,292 square feet to Silva & Associates; 5,086 square feet to PICA; 4,500 square feet to James Jarret Schwartz, represented by Perna Frederick Real Estate; and 2,032 square feet to Hurley, Francis & Associates.
