Philadelphia-Area Tower Up for $78 Million

A Philadelphia-area tower is up for sale to the tune of $78 million. Located in Conshohocken, about 15 miles from the Philadelphia city center, the Five Tower Bridge is eight stories tall and comprises 224,000 square feet.

Designed by Skidmore Owens, the tower's major tenants include Keystone Foods, Nationwide, BTG International, and Eli Lily. It was constructed by Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation in 2001and has been listed by Robert Fahey of CB Richard Ellis.
