Philadelphia Taps Hughes for Green Post

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Mark Hughes will become the city's sustainability director. Hughes had been a columnist at the Philadelphia Daily News. He will be in charge of environmental initiatives. His career has been largely dedicated to urban economic policy and city planning.
