JLL Adds to Seniors Housing Expertise

Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the firm has expanded its corporate capital markets practice to include a dedicated seniors housing offering as part of the firm's growing healthcare finance platform. Michael Berne, a 25-year commercial real estate veteran, joined the firm as mnaging director to lead the national service offering. The seniors housing practice will deliver expertise to all sectors of senior housing and healthcare including independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, dementia facilities, continuing care retirement communities, surgical centers, medical office buildings and hospitals.
