Century Center, a two-building office property just minutes outside of Washington, D.C. in Crystal City Va., will get a makeover, courtesy of owner Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group. Together the 13-story structures feature an aggregate 560,000 square feet of office space above 70,000 square feet of storefront retail. Lowe acquired the property four years ago in a transaction valued at approximately $120 million. The company plans to spend $28 million on the renovation program, which is scheduled to reach completion this summer.
