Rincon Residential Towers Ready for Occupants

Capital Properties said today that the Rincon Residential Towers located in San Francisco's financial disctrict are now ready for occupancy. The two multi-use towers, located at 88 Howard Street, include 320 residential and extended-stay units. Amenities include cable Internet access, maid service, 24-hour doorman, concierge services, on-site parking, and a full-service grocer located on the lobby level. Additionally, Capital Properties  announced the expected launch date of San Francisco's Altavie Suites, a luxury boutique residence concept currently under construction within the Rincon Towers. The 85 premium apartments are scheduled to debut in August 2008.
