Dallas-based technology services firm Clearview Managed Services has opened a 20,000 square foot data center on the city's LBJ Freeway, according to the Dallas Morning News. Previously part of the space was used as a data center for a restaurant chain, Colliers International broker David Glasscock told the paper.

"North Dallas is a great location central to the headquarters of many of the world's top companies," Glasscock, who helped negotiate the center's lease, said in a statement quoted in the paper. Clearview also has another facility in Dallas's central business district.
