Colony Capital, Eurazeo Seek to Hold 30 Percent of  Accor

Europe hotel giant Accor SA may soon have Colony Capital L.L.C. and Parisian private equity firm Eurazeo holding 30 percent of shares, according to Bloomberg News. The report states that Eurazeo wants 10 percent within the year; Colony Capital, already a holder of Accor shares, seeks to lift its participation to 20 percent of the company. Both have states they are happy to remain minority owners. Accor runs Pullman and Ibis hotels, and recently sold off the Red Roof Inn chain.
