Comcast Center in Philadelphia Gets $324M Funding

Liberty Property Trust's Liberty/Commerz 1701 JFK Boulevard L.P. has closed $324 million in permanent financing for Comcast Center, it has reported. The 1.25-million-square-foot office is under construction in Philadelphia. The 10-year loan came from Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., at a rate of 6.15 percent.
